Props list

During the formulation and planning of the music video, we decided to work through the scenes concisely dissecting what appropriate props would come in to play and prove necessary whilst constructing the scenery and aura of the diegesis. It commenced with the our consideration drawn towards the primary items which would hold a predominant level of importance in sustaining the Mod world and stereotypes, this being most obviously objects such as the Vesper scooters. Then our attention was instantaneously struck once again with the sheer importance of portraying the band with musical instruments, vital for the depiction of the upcoming artists.Then my own thought of consideration towards the destructive element which may commence, is to portray them with baseball bats which would further more run off the assumption that the Americanisation of Britain involves the destruction of the worn out history of the Empire, which is thereby symbolised through the motorised cars contained in the scrap yard echoing the essence that Britain's own manufacturing industry  has been over run by the United States.
Here is the list of all the props we are using in the music video;

• Four chairs (black ones or black stools)
• Set of cards
• Some poker chips
• Empty beer bottles
• Some cigarettes + a lighter
• 4 baseball bats
• For the studio (trash looking like the junk yard)
• Instruments – drums, guitar, bass guitar and a microphone on a stand
